As a comprehensive fabric manufacturer specializing in weaving, dyeing and finishing, we are actively researching, innovating and developing new textile markets to meet the ever-changing needs.

Under the guidance of our professional consultants, we firstly completed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, and then completed three green-related ISO certifications within one year, namely ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, ISO14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas inventory standard, and ISO14046:2014 water footprint inventory, adding up to a total of four ISO international standards. JH Textile has also passed the third-party certification of the BSI (British Standards Institution), making outstanding contributions to the development of green enterprises and becoming a sustainable pioneer in the textile manufacturing industry.

In addition, Jihong Textile's "enunic Polymer Waterless Dyeing and Finishing Patent Technology" is one of the highlights of our environmental protection efforts. After 8 years of research and development, Jiehong has upgraded its technology and equipment to use the enunic polymer waterless dyeing technology together with a self-developed continuous dyeing machine, which uses only a very small amount of water during the dyeing process, realizing a low-pollution and low-energy-consumption process and saving a large amount of water resources, achieving a 333-fold water-saving effect, and improving the unstable application of non-fluorinated water-repellent agents to achieve the demand for non-pollution.

In addition to the pursuit of green production with low energy consumption and low pollution, JHI has also broken through many limitations, shortened the production process, realized mass production, and ensured excellent and stable quality, environmental protection, and high efficiency, thus becoming a trusted and satisfied partner of our customers. Our main product, OSI leather, has been widely used in the shoe, bag, household, medical, industrial, and labeling fields for the past 6 years, and our innovative dyeing and finishing technologies continue to be developed to protect the environment and human health with a wide range of green products.

Under the wave of globalization, as the concept of environmental protection has become a global trend, the textile industry has also embraced industrial transformation, and we are doing our best for the world from the textile perspective. In addition to the production and processing of fabrics, we also consider the production line itself, and hope to realize a sustainable outlook through the construction of the factory. At present, we are actively planning to adopt the LEED Gold standard for green buildings in the U.S. In the future, we will build a new factory in Vietnam with high specifications, treating wastewater independently to meet Class A emission standards, using environmentally friendly LPG as the raw material for combustion, and planning to generate 1,366 KWP of solar power for the entire factory, with more than 20% of the area greened, with the recycling economy as the mindset, and with the sustainable environment as the consideration, to carry out the environmental protection in a more diversified and comprehensive perspective.
