Safety: OSMO Leather's production process completely avoids the use of any toxic organic solvents, including hexavalent chromium, aniline compounds, formaldehyde, as well as heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium. Therefore, OSMO Leather products are relatively safer, effectively reducing potential health risks for consumers.
Excellent Breathability: OSMO Leather boasts superior breathability compared to traditional synthetic leather, ensuring comfort even during prolonged use. This is attributed to the use of 'water-based polyurethane' in the manufacturing process.
In the preparation of water-based polyurethane, adjusting formulations, using emulsifiers, or adding template agents can create a fabric with a microporous structure.
